The company launches its stocks on NY stock exchange. After initial upsurge the stock value starts dropping down. The management decides to carry out strategic analysis, expand its business and strengthen its position in the market. A request to play the role of consultant.
The company’s vision and mission was discussed with the management. Their alignment with BU strategies were evaluated. Management, marketing and operations were the essential participants of SWOT analysis workshops. In line with the vision, mission and analysis SO strategies were selected to grab opportunities using the company’s strengths. After the strategic analysis a proposal was prepared to implement the chosen strategies.
The business expanded further with the proposed acquisition strategies.
