Prepare business case, Programme plan. Selection and implementation of external banking application and hosting partner to speed up the implementation. Define underlying projects, assign project managers and control progress and risks. Manager stakeholders expectations and communication.

A direct banking operation was set up in 18 months period with required organization, procedures and processes.
